Short-Sleeved Bush Jacket

A Short-Sleeved Bush Jacket was offered in Summer 1988 only, although there were similar garments in the earlier days of BR.

The pictures below, from an October 2020 ebay sale, seem to show a darker khaki tan than the catalogue art, but it’s definitely a Khaki Short-Sleeve Bush Jacket.

The pictures below (ebay September 2020) SEEM to be the same garment, but it does not have belt loops or a belt, so it’s probably NOT the Short Sleeved Bush Jacket. Although its coloring is more true to the catalogue. However, there is nothing like it in the catalogues that I can find and I wanted to take note of it’s existence. It may be an uncatalogued item. Note that it is made in Hong Kong, where some of the nicer garments such as the Egyptian Cotton Safari line was made.
