Swedish Watering Can

We are very lucky (and more than a little jealous!) that Wendy Joffe found this hidden gem on eBay. This rare surplus item, offered only in Summer 1984, is identifiable as a BR item only still with the tag on it. From the catalog: “The Swedes who made them must have had some use or other for the collapsable watering can. As for us, we find them grand for portable gardens and other conversation stoppers.”

Be sure the check out the back of the price tag! I’ve never seen the name and address on them like that.

This is a MOST interesting tag!
